Cape May Stage Opens Fall with Bold Drama Dutch Masters
Issue #447

The Key to a $1.3 Trillion Opportunity
A new trend in real estate is making the most expensive properties obtainable. It’s called co-ownership, and it’s revolutionizing the $1.3T vacation home market.
The company leading the trend? Pacaso. Created by the founder behind a $120M prior exit, Pacaso turns underutilized luxury properties into fully-managed assets and makes them accessible to the broadest possible market.
The result? More than $1B in transactions and service fees, 2,000+ happy homeowners, and over $110m in gross profit to date for Pacaso.
With rapid international growth and 41% gross profit growth last year alone, Pacaso is hitting their stride. They even recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same VCs that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo also backed Pacaso. Join them as a Pacaso shareholder before the opportunity ends September 18.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.

Cape May Stage Opens Fall with Bold Drama Dutch Masters

Cape May Stage is set to kick off its fall season with Dutch Masters, a gripping and thought-provoking play by Obie Award-winning playwright Greg Keller. The production will run from September 10 through October 19 at the Robert Shackleton Playhouse in downtown Cape May. The play unfolds under the direction of Gregg T. Daniel and will be staged Wednesday through Saturday evenings at 7 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 3 p.m. Winner of the 2018 Best New Play Award from the Off Broadway Alliance and recognized as the “Original Script of the Decade” by the Berkshire Theatre Group, Dutch Masters explores complex themes of race, class, and identity. Audiences can expect a powerful story that challenges perceptions and delivers unexpected twists alongside raw emotional honesty. Director Gregg T. Daniel, a familiar presence at Cape May Stage, returns with a history of compelling work including directing The Whipping Man and performing in The Mountaintop. This latest production continues his tradition of highlighting stories that prompt deep reflection and dialogue.
Next Powerball Drawing Could Make History—If Someone Finally Wins

The Powerball jackpot has skyrocketed to $1.7 billion ahead of the next drawing on Saturday, Sept. 6, making it the third-largest in U.S. history. Ticket sales have surged, despite the odds of winning being just 1 in 292.2 million. If won, the lump sum payout would be about $770.3 million before taxes, with a final take-home closer to $485 million. Players are reminded to play responsibly, stay discreet if they win, and seek expert advice before claiming the prize.
First West Nile Virus Cases of 2025 Confirmed in New Jersey

New Jersey has reported its first two human cases of West Nile virus in 2025: a child in Atlantic County and an adult in Middlesex County, both now recovering. Four additional cases are under investigation, and one asymptomatic case was found in Sussex County. Most people infected with West Nile virus will experience no symptoms, but about one in five may develop mild to moderate illness, including fever, headache, body aches, and rash. A small percentage—fewer than 1%—develop severe neurological symptoms that can require hospitalization or prove fatal. Individuals over the age of 50 or those with chronic health issues are at higher risk for serious complications. Residents are urged to take precautions as mosquito season continues into the fall.
