They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.

Cape May Resident Scores Luxury Cruise Prize on Live with Kelly & Mark

A Cape May woman has won a grand prize vacation valued at more than $42,000 through the syndicated morning show Live with Kelly and Mark. Patti DeStefano, a longtime viewer of Kelly Ripa’s program, was selected as the winner of the show’s “Stump Mark Travel Trivia” contest, which awarded a 13-day luxury cruise to Antarctica. Despite the extraordinary prize, DeStefano admits cruises make her uneasy. She has expressed some anxiety about being surrounded by nothing but icy waters and remote landscapes. Her husband, however, is insistent that they go, describing it as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Though conflicted, DeStefano says she plans to take the journey, turning her unexpected television win into an unforgettable adventure.

Norcross Family Bids $25M for Wonderland Site; Competing Offer Expected

The Norcross family has submitted a $25 million bid for Ocean City’s former Wonderland Pier site, with another offer expected soon from national homebuilder NVR (Ryan Homes). Developer Eustace Mita, who bought the property in 2021 and proposed a luxury hotel, has listed the site after City Council blocked a zoning review. Community opposition derailed Mita’s vision, citing concerns over scale and traffic, while supporters hoped for economic revitalization. The property remains zoned for amusements, and its future now hinges on which offer Mita accepts.
