Silver Miners Have Outrun Silver Since 2020

Since March 2020, silver has returned about 402%. The silver miners returned 445%.

That gap is the leverage our research team focuses on. When silver rises, a producer's net asset value can rise much faster, and share prices tend to follow. It works in both directions, and a mine is only as good as the company running it.

The Ultimate Silver Playbook shows how the team separates the miners worth owning from the rest, and which silver stocks are on its watchlist now. It's free.

SPQR Stage Co. Brings Outrageous Dark Comedy ‘Pumpin’ the Chihuahua’ to Somers Point

An outrageous scheme involving Hollywood dreams, a million-dollar ransom, and a championship Chihuahua takes center stage this November as SPQR Stage Co. presents Pumpin’ the Chihuahua, an original dark comedy by playwright Bill Sterritt.

The production will run November 14–15 and 21–22 at studio;space in Somers Point, offering audiences an unconventional theatrical experience that combines sharp satire, absurd humor, and an emotional exploration of friendship, identity, and the pursuit of happiness.

The story follows Rey, a struggling Hollywood valet who dreams of escaping his ordinary life and achieving stardom. When a mysterious producer suggests that Rey bears an uncanny resemblance to 1940s film actress Maria Montez, he becomes consumed by the possibility of reinventing himself.

As Rey's ambitions spiral into obsession, his loyal roommate Lupo, an optimistic bicycle messenger, devises an increasingly bizarre plan to rescue his best friend. His scheme involves divine inspiration, a prized Chihuahua, and a million-dollar ransom, setting off a chain of unpredictable events.

Although the premise is wildly comedic, the production tackles serious contemporary issues, including mental health, economic inequality, personal identity, and society's relentless pressure to achieve success.

At its core, the play examines the powerful bonds of friendship and the extraordinary lengths people will go to protect those they love. Sterritt uses surreal comedy and Hollywood fantasy to explore how dreams can become destructive and how compassion can offer hope during life's darkest moments.

The cast features New York actors James Camacho as Rey, Kamran Shustarian as Lupo, and Cintra Batchoo as Maria Montez. Brigantine resident Chikita Wallace portrays Constance, a woman who finds comfort and purpose through her connection with dogs.

Rather than fitting into a traditional theatrical category, Pumpin’ the Chihuahua combines elements of social satire, psychological drama, and absurdist comedy. The result is a thought-provoking production designed to entertain audiences while encouraging conversations about self-worth, belonging, and human connection.
